Team Tattoos

Temporary team tattoos have been a part of the sporting landscape for years. Attend any big time college football game in the country and you’ll see multiple sorority sisters and maybe even the team’s cheerleaders with decals on their faces. Go to any university bookstore or merchandise table at an event and you are certain to find temporary mascot or team logos tattoos for sale. Getting a permanent tattoo of your favorite team at the game is another story, or it was until the New York Islanders opened a tattoo parlor inside Nassau Coliseum this season. I can’t see this catching on as a trend amongst major league teams but then again, I guess stranger things have happened.
