Gluten Free Concessions

One of my favorite parts of attending games and events around the world is seeing what certain venues do to cater to their geographic location and city’s eccentricities. It is my feeling that the best venues provide a taste of where you are inside the stadium walls. In Seattle the best example I could find of this was a Gluten Free concession cart. Unfortunately for the Hawks bottom line it seems there were not a lot of hippies and or attendees with Gluten allergies on this particular night.
