Ticket ATMs

I’m a fan of virtually anything that minimizes lines and maximizes efficiencies. Outside Progressive Field the Cleveland Indians and Ticketmaster have installed “ticket kiosks” which are basically the equivalent of ATMs for banks. Instead of waiting in line at the crowded box office fans can walk right up to these machines and purchase tickets. I’m sure these must have been around for some time but this is the first time I have ever seen them. I would highly recommend any current or future Ticketmaster clients to discuss the possibility of using this system at your venue.
