Everybody Enjoys A Clean Bathroom

A clean bathroom can’t make a hotel, restaurant or sporting event experience but a dirty bathroom can certainly ruin one. Undoubtedly males are less uptight about bathroom facilities. However, since females make the majority of purchasing and time allocation decisions for families, it never hurts to keep momma happy by keeping the bathroom clean. In large facilities it is often difficult for maintenance staffs to stay on top of problem areas. I have seen signs in public restrooms before that suggest telling a manager or calling a number in the event that the restroom needs service. Until this week I had never seen a facility that offered a texting option. Kudos to McCormick Place for being on the cutting edge of customer feedback with this service:
