Where is... Jared?

My friend Amanda and I have long thought that some form of a “Where’s Waldo” type game at a sporting event could make for a good promotion. At my local Trader Joe’s supermarket the staff hides a miniature Yoda (from Star Wars) doll around the store each day. If a kid finds Yoda and tells a staffer where he is located, then he/she receives a free sticker and goodie.
The Portland Trailblazers of the NBA seem to be running a similar promotion this season. I was only half paying attention when the announcer came on and described the game but I think this is how it worked. Subway made a life-size Jared Fogle stand-up. Each game the staff places Jared somewhere in the building. The first person to locate the stand-up and tell a staffer at the information desk (or some other noted location) the correct hiding spot of Jared wins a prize provided by Subway. I like this game because there are a million and one variations that can be done in terms of the sponsor, what is hidden, and the type of prize. I'm confident this could be implented on any level and any budget.
